Since I updated to iOS 18.2 my phone has many failures when I play triple AAA games, the Face ID works slowly, it does not detect my face quickly, also the flashlight takes at least 5 seconds to activate and let's not even talk about when I press the button to turn off the screen it takes 2 seconds to turn off. In other words, the iPhone 16 pro has many bugs. God, I regret having bought it.

If you would like to have your phone serviced, then make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store to have the device checked. It is a new phone and still under warranty. If something is wrong with it, use the Support link at the top or bottom of the page to start a service request.
I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max on iOS 18.2.1, and I don't play games. However, everything else that you describe works just fine on my device, so your device needs to be checked.
