Does iTunes of Windows 11 allow music to be uploaded to iPhone?

I have. Lenovo notebook running Windows 11. Itunes is finally working with the exception of being able to upload songs to my IPhone.

I have tried Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Devices, ICloud. After weeks of struggling and lots of reading, I got ITunes to work. It will upload CDs.

Does the Windows 11 version of ITunes, allow music to be uploaded to an IPhone?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you've answered your own question, and that is yes, you can.

I suspect that the issue was that if you have Apple Music, Apple TV or Apple Devices installed, it effectively takes over and makes it difficult or impossible to put music that you've purchased onto a device. (I know, madness.)

As well as putting music that originally came from CDs onto your iPhone, you can add purchases from the iTunes Store, Amazon, Bandcamp etc. In other words, MP3s from online sources can be added to your phone, via iTunes.
