Voiceover commands and keyboard shortcuts frayed out on multiple Apple devices

hello, I have been researching and digging into multiple Apple devices, Apple ids, and relentless obsessed greasy rat hacker won’t leave me alone. He or she has hacked 3 iPhone 16 pro max’s, 1 15 pro max, 1 15, 1 12 pro, 1 9th gen iPad, 2 10th gen iPads, 1 google pixel, all with different Apple ids ever since my Apple ID and email on my 12 pro was compromised by a hacker I have been trying to g to figure it out and now I need help to exterminate because he is doing all of it thru my accessibility settings and when I turn off things or long story short the hacker gets upset and it’s like he punishes me making me motion sick by activating f a braille or visually impaired font or sifferent fonts sizes and text spacing making me physically sick. I work for avtenecimmunicatio s company and have for seven years and I know what I have observed I have hu deeds of evidence to support that I am hacked I just need to talk to someone at Apple that isn’t going to tell me to reset my password and that’s it. The voiceover commands and keyboard shortcuts are not letting me disable or turn them off and if I hit edit it removes them but when I go to the list of commands they are all there frayed out. Also the hacker has set up default settings can that I don’t face access to and did not customize. He is obsessed with my calendars, contacts, email, social media and is in my bank account and as made the self the super admin to my business email and domains. This is crazy and I need someone to help me thru chat got etc look at my analytics reports and you can clearly see the bugs the embedded things and al the things I have proof of. I’m about ready to eat a bullet please help.
