I can’t redownload any ByteDance apps even after they were unbanned.

I’m so confused but I deleted CapCut after it had been gone for a few days after the TikTok app got unbanned, this made me figure that it wasn’t being unbanned and so I deleted it. I was scrolling and I saw a video that it was unbanned! Please fix this and let us download ByteDance apps!!
