how do I recover a Pages document that was mistakenly deleted...also in Pages, how do i delete the hovering bubble that magnifies font

Deleting files within the Pages (and other Apple Apps) will initially only move the deleted items to the respective Recently Deleted folder - from where they can be recovered.
Until items are also deleted from the Recently Deleted folders, files will continue to occupy storage. You must delete items from Recently Deleted to recover free space.
The Recently Deleted folder can be accessed from the respective App's sidebar. The sidebar is exposed/hidden using the blue Sidebar button at top-left of the App window.
