Recovering TikTok app and personal data on iPhone

When tik tok went blackout my w tire app deleted as well . I can’t even get the actual app back on my phone to retrieve my personal info in the tt app.. how can I retrieve that ? I have pictures and some things I have purchased and need to have the actual app .. what do I do
