TikTok not working on my iPhone

I think the ban was lifted, but the question is why TikTok app isn’t available in the App Store?

Do you currently have the app installed? If it's still installed prior to the ban, the app should function. Try quitting the app and then reopening it.

Despite the fake news to the contrary, it is still illegal for Apple and others to distribute the app.

I'm guessing you don't pay attention to the news? TikTok has been banned in the US and the Supreme Court upheld the ban.

"Team Apple" has provided a banner at the top of every page in the iPhone forum with a link to Apple's statement on the matter.

The ban was not lifted. The President issued an executive order providing ByteDance an extension of 75 days in which to divest themselves of TikTok. That order technically does NOT 'lift the ban'. TikTok has restored some service in the US and it is available on the web for many users. Doing so is arguably illegal.

It is still illegal for any company to distribute the apps in the US.
