Hello, I have a problem with my iPhone 15. There is a limited warranty, it shows by the serial number, but they refuse warranty service because I don’t have a receipt, the phone was given to me. What should I do?

Who refused service? Apple doesn't require proof of purchase for an iPhone which is under a valid warranty. That said, if it was a gift, ask the gift giver for a copy of the receipt.
