I would like enquire that why my Iphone could not turn on my phone with side button/power button? I have to turn on with the method with pressing the volume up button, the volume down button and hold the side button for 10 seconds.
Under this circumstance, does it mean that my phone have any issues or problems?

The two reasons that I can think of are that your iPhone's batter is nearly completely discharged (hence my comment below). Also, try removing the case that you have on the iPhone and then testing. Sometimes the buttons on iPhone cases can cause buttons to work incorrectly.
