since the tik tok ban is lifted temporarily, when will i be able to redownload the app?

As this is a user to user forum, we have no way of knowing that.

By the way, you can still watch TikTok on the web in the meantime.

TikTok is currently unavailable in the US App Store. I understand TikTok is restoring service, but we do not know when it will return for download as we are merely a user to user forum.
