Iphone to Xcode connection failed. Tunnel Error.

I have done development on same Iphone and mac from a lot of time but recently Xcode started giving error. Xcode says:

Waiting to reconnect to Zohaib’s 15 Pro Max

Previous preparation error: The tunnel connection failed while the system tried to connect to the device.; The tunnel connection failed while the system tried to connect to the device.

XCode version: 16.2

Iphone IOS Version: iOS 18.2.1 (22C161)

IPhone is connected to mac with Original Cable. and on the same cable, the Iphone 14 Pro Max gets connected. Developer mode is enabled in both phones,

iPhone 15 Pro Max

Perhaps a long shot:

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN.
