i use to live in the united states and i got my phone there but im not there anymore i’m in mexico and tiktok got banned on my phone so i deleted it and i tried to see if i could redownload it but it wasn’t in the app store, now it’s up again and unbanned but i still can’t see it on the app store and how can i change my phone settings to be from mexico

It may take you more time than a TikTok video to actually read those articles, but you have time for that now that TikTok is unavailable so please take more than a few seconds to fully understand the issue.
Per the NYT article, "the law penalizes app stores, like Apple and Google, and other internet companies, like Oracle, for distributing or updating any TikTok content". Therefore, TikTok is currently unavailable on the Apple app store and Google app store. Apple, nor anyone on this community change that. The US Supreme Court recently upheld the ban and therefore only the US Congress can change the law at this point.
