How do I get App Store back?
I had an attitude and my mom deleted my App Store and now I can’t update any of my apps how do I get it back without her knowing?

You don't. You maybe change "the attitude" so your mom will let you have the App Store back. No one here or at Apple is going to get involved in this. This is between you and your mom.
