my screen on my 14 pro max is broken! Everything is visible, I just cant touch the screen. Is there any way i can unlock it?

You either need Face ID to work and swipe or enter passcode. Without a functioning screen there’s not much you can do without getting it fixed.
The only solution as Jeff correctly suggests is to have the screen replaced on your phone. It's like asking how to drive your car, if the steering wheel doesn't turn.
