My phone is iPhone 15 pro Max, about six months old. Right from the beginning facial recognition never really worked. My old se iphone never let me down. This is so annoying. I can't even get on the App Store today. I just wondered if they're going to fix this book because it doesn't seem to be just me a couple of my friends are having the same problem with their iPhone 15 Pro Max.

If you still need help, reset your Face ID, then set it up again. Go to Settings, tap Face ID & Passcode, then tap Reset Face ID. Next, tap Set up Face ID to set it up again.
