my Iphone 14 used to sync to my itunes on a PC but quit a couple months ago. I still import cds into itunes and in november it stopped syncing to iphone but i can sync to my ipod. When i sync to the Ipod it goes through 6 steps but only 4 steps for the iphone but sometimes will give duplicate songs. Checked all settings and everything seems to be set right. Any other ideas? Please and thankyou!

Apple discontinued selling iPods nearly three years ago.
So your question suggests you have an outdated version of Windows and/or iTunes.
What versions of these might you be using?
Iphone 14 will no longer sync to itunes but ipod will.
