I have an iPhone 13 Pro and I’ve got the update 18.2.1 what I’m having a problem with is dictation. There is no microphone on my keyboard anymore to dictate instead I have the red record squiggly line and I don’t know how to change it back to the microphone i’ve tried everything I don’t have enable dictation in my settings if anybody has an idea of what my problem is, please help.😀

Really? What does Settings > General > Keyboards > [scroll down to the bottom] look like?
Try Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Settings.

Under keyboards it’s got that long list of options that are all on all the way down to where it says shortcut and then after that on your screen, it shows dictation as a category. Mine does not have that category right under all that list of things is emoji and it’s got stickers. There is no dictation category.
Yes, it shows both of those keyboards but where it used to have on the text line when I tried to send a message instead of having the microphone, it has a record option like I can make a recording of my voice and send it, but I can’t dictate text
And what do you see at Settings > General > Keyboards > Keyboards? Hopefully you have at least 2 keyboards showing up there - perhaps English (US) and Emoji.
OK, it’s resetting right now. That was kind of a scary thing to do.😀 I’m on my iPad right now and it does dictation just fine
Well, it’s back up and you fixed it. I now have a microphone again thank you so much. You’ve been tons and tons of help. I don’t know why I didn’t think of doing that first but thank you very much.😍
