So I have an IPhone XR and I recently had to have the screen replaced. Iv noticed the screen works perfectly fine except for when I’m charging it. Most of the time while I am charging my iPhone while using it the screen bugs out while I’m scrolling as it starts to act like Iv clicked on things even when I haven’t. This is a new problem for me as Iv never had this happen before.

Just wondering, what is your iPhone battery health? You can check by going to Settings > Battery > Battery Health and Charging.
Also are you using an Apple or authorized charger?
Furthermore, please try a force reset procedure in the meantime.

Hello~ Where did you get the screen changed on your iPhone? Apple? If so take it back and have them check it out for you. It sounds like to me as if there was a problem with the screen repair itself.
