I’m unable to update my payment method. None of the links are available or working. The edit button and add buttons are not highlighted. I’m on a family sharing plan my spouse is organizer which I’m the facilitator manager of but still can’t seem to get anything to work on my phone Help??

I may be wrong, but I believe that only the Family Organizer's payment method is used and that person needs to change it if desired. See the section titled "Which payment method is charged for purchases that family members make?" in this Apple Support article:

You're not wrong. Only the organizer can update the payment method.
