Tap Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging
What is the Maximum Capacity that you see?
If it is 80% or less, the battery needs to be replaced at the Apple Store or an authorized Apple service shop. You can find a list of authorized shops in your area using this link: Find Locations
If the Max Capacity checks out OK, have you tried another power adapter and/or another cable?
