Unable to update payment method for downloading apps

So in order to download an app I have to update my payment information but in order to do that I need to download cashapp and I can’t because I need to update my payment information I’ve already tried getting rid of the card on wallet and it’s not letting me because a subscription but I canceled it but it’s still not letting me
