Locked out Turned off iPad signed in on Chrome to my bank

I became aware via my iPhone 14 that my iPad signed into my bank account via a chrome browser . I had not powered said iPad on, nor used in weeks. While I got with bank and deactivated full access; I fear it will happen again in general but especially that I have no comprehension of how this could be possible. I have one iPhone 14promax signed into my current Apple ID that begins with 5620. The iPad is signed into completely different Apple ID that begins with kath(and locked out of).

Any input to give some clarity would be greatly appreciated.
