Wrong merchant category code for applecare+ monthly subscription

Hi,

it’s been two months that I don’t get points or reward dollars from my credit card because the merchant category code for the autopayment of my monthly subscription to applecare+ has changed and is wrong. Can this reach someone in charge and be changed?
