That’s called social engineering and Apple Support team members receive extensive training on the subject and are continually tested. Apple will not disclose personal information over the phone, via text, or email. In fact, they won’t give you, your personal information over the phone. It’s almost impossible to verify identity over the phone.

For what I heard the support do not provide sensitive information; normally they will just guide customer to check the transaction history.

You can try to call them directly and check if you will be able to get your transaction history.

I would suggest contacting the Apple store where this may have happened and inquire.

Exactly, several of my children are participants and Apple Specialists have never just given out information like that. They help them navigate the iPhone to find the information.
