Unauthorized access to Apple Card transaction information

Yesterday someone called apple and tried to get my apple card transaction information. I want to know why you guys would give my personal information to anyone other than me?

That’s called social engineering and Apple Support team members receive extensive training on the subject and are continually tested. Apple will not disclose personal information over the phone, via text, or email. In fact, they won’t give you, your personal information over the phone. It’s almost impossible to verify identity over the phone.
