Stage Manager Doesn't Save Groupings Across Logoffs/Reboots

I use Stage Manager on both my MacBook and Mac Mini to do the obvious: Set up various applications grouped together as sets so I can use them at the same time and can quickly get back to that set. On both systems, after a reboot or logoff, the sets aren't there and I have to create the groupings again. How can I get these to persist across logoffs and reboots? Thanks!
