Calendar Invites only arrive at Night

Hi All, Strangely whenever I get a Caneldar invitation sent to me the invitation only arrives to me at 10:30pm each evening. The invitation has all the correct dates and times in the invitation but all calendar invitations only arrive to my phone at 10:30pm each day.

I don’t know how/why the phone is holding my invitations until 10:30 but does anyone know how to change things I get notified in real time? I’m guessing it is some weird setting that I can change?
