How can I stop Safari from showing saved cards pop-ups?

I'm getting constant pop ups from safari with my saved cards, several times an hour when I am using other apps, no matter what app I am using and whether I have safari open or not. It's been going on for days and if anything seems to be getting more frequent. It's extremely annoying, and turning off autofill for my cards doesn't make it stop. I've seen others asking the same thing but no one seemed to offer any solutions, has anyone managed to get rid of these pop ups?
