Your question is unclear, so I will answer both

First: The answers depend on your jurisdiction, so YMMV.

If you create an original song in GB, you own the copyright. In the US, it is automatically copyrighted with no effort by you.

If you use Apple Loops or sounds in your composition, you still own the copyright and Apple gives you permission to use them.

That being said, there are some big players out there who use Apple loops and sounds and they might *claim* that you are violating their copyright. They are wrong, but good luck getting YouTube to accept that.

What you *can't* do is sell or give away Apple loops and sounds as loops and sounds. i.e., standalone with no creative input on your part. You can't put together your own collection of Apple Loops and sell it.
