Microsoft not working on macbook

I am having issues with my Microsoft apps, both outlook and teams.


Teams wont allow me to join a meeting and I have not received new emails on outlook since 7pm on the 16th Jan.

I am able to access these via the browser but not the apps.


Has any one else experienced this on their Macbook Air

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 14.6
