"Remove all Bluetooth devices?: Is there a way to forget all paired Bluetooth devices in the settings list? My work is manufacturing devices that use Bluetooth so I have around 500 devices paired there and the phone is getting glitchy in connecting new devices."

Unpairing All Listed Bluetooth Devices:
This is Not a Feature. Unfortunately, you have to unpair these one-by-one.
Reset to Factory Settings:
Other than one-by-one remove, your only other option is to reset this to factory settings. You'll have to take some screenshots of each home screen, and of your settings, and then perform the reset. Note to create a backup of your iPhone prior to the reset. That way, you can have something to restore it from should anything go worng after the reset.
Recommend to Apple:
Do your Part: These are user-to-user forums. Apple rarely reads these forums on their own time as it is. So, provide Apple with feedback on this. Apple wont get back to you directly, but the more they hear of this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed. Apple will know nothing of your ideas, if you don't report them to them.
