I want to completely remove all music from my iTunes library and start again. What's the best way of doing this?
I have all my files backed up, ready to re-import.
I want to do this as there are too many duplicates of songs and misplaced folders.

The best way would be to create a new library from scratch. Then after the new library is filled to your satisfaction, you could delete the old library to recover the storage space.
