What can I do if my iPhone is blacklisted?

Do you mean it was blacklisted on cellular networks?

Is it correct to assume that your phone was purchased used, and not new? If so, the seller reported the phone stolen, and there isn’t much you can do about it except return it for a refund.

If you just purchased this phone return it if you can. You were likely scammed by someone selling you a stolen device or one that they claimed as lost due to theft and received a replacement phone. In any case, it is likely going to be forever unusable.

Hello~ Where did you get this iPhone? There is no help to be had and we nor Apple can assist you. There is a very distinct possibility the iPhone is stolen property as well.

Apple doesn’t maintain or report phones to a blacklist.

Any blacklist is maintained by the cellular providers.

Usually once the phone is on a blacklist, it will never get removed.

If you bought this phone new, return it for a refund. A new phone should not be blacklisted out of the box, so the seller has some explaining to do.

If you bought this phone second-hand, chances are that you got scammed – and that you may be in possession of stolen property.
