The Swiss keyboard is intended mainly for users in Switzerland. It has a QWERTZ (instead of the QWERTY used for English) layout with special keys for the accented characters commonly used in German and French.

That is that language on the keycaps. See the following examples:

Mac: Magic Keyboard (USB-C) - Swiss - Apple

iPad: Magic Keyboard Folio for iPad (10th generation) - Swiss - Apple

Note that many of the keycaps are the same as the U.S. keyboard. You can change the language shown in th picture of the keyboard in either of the above links.
