How do I file a complaint about a customer experience?
If this was about an experience at an Apple retail store, start with the store manager.
If another issue, there is no longer an electronic way to file a complaint about sales, service, or support issues. You are left with a phone call (not so good) or a cogent business letter (much better) snail-mailed to Apple HQ. Letters get traction. Emails and phone calls get misdirected.
Apple will not see your issue in these user-to-user forums.
