iPhone 11 shut down unexpectedly and won't turn on

I need some help. I was using my iphone 11 perfectly fine, wasn't freezing and no glitches and then it just shuts down unexpectedly and not turning on. The battery was not dead and I did the volume and power button thing and it is still not turning on. Does this means it cannot be repaired?
