Headphones Not Working on my Ipad Pro!

I have an ipad pro 12.9 6th generation and it doesn’t detect any wired headphones. My headphone has usbc, and it works with my iphone 16 pro max, but not in my ipad pro.

Tried all suggested fixes and all not working. Am I overlooking something?

It works with wireless headphones though, but I wanted to use the wired headphones for audio song recording.
