magic mouse isn't working with Sequoia 15.2

Since I upgrade to Sequoia my magic mouse stopped working all together. When will this be fixed? I've tried disconnecting & reconnecting with bluetooth and with the cable. Neither of those things have worked. I changed my settings in the mouse trackpad based on other postings, but that did not make a difference.

Instead of waiting for some fix that will likely not be coming anytime soon try troubleshooting first.

  1. Make the Magic Mouse o fully charged
  2. Turn the Magic Mouse off. Now go to Settings->Bluetooth-> click on the Magic Mouse info icon (circle with an “i” in the center) and select Forget This Device. Restart your Mac, turn the Magic Mouse on and try to connect again using the instructions.
