Facebook posting issues on iPhone 16 Pro Plus

When I am commenting on Facebook, I will have typed out a very long comment, tagging a few people even or groups or whatever I need to tag and the send button disappears. I see this is happening on the iPad. Also in this forum. My only solution is to copy leave the section go back to it and paste it in and then the send bar reappears the little blue arrow is what I’m referring to that actually makes your comment post. This is a lot of extra steps that I don’t wanna take and when I copy and paste, the pasted information removes all the tags and it’s a hassle to go back and fix it all.

It sounds like the send button in Facebook is disappearing, this is an issue with Facebook support in which you will need to take this up with them.

I don't feel it is a Facebook issue as I have used Facebook for many years on my android with no problems. I switched to the iPhone and immediately it became a problem. I have also talked to other iPhone users that have the same problem. When I comment the sun button disappears and my only option is to copy and paste which is also a hassle because iPhone doesn't have a select all button and then once I have pasted I have to re-tag everything that I had tagged and then I have to hit send. It's quite frustrating. If I didn't admin three large groups on Facebook it wouldn't be such a big deal.

This is indeed a Facebook issue, either not correctly supporting Safari, if you're using the web, or with their app which has numerous problems which Facebook has not fixed despite them being present for many months. This is something you need to take up with Facebook support, such as it is.

varjak paw is correct, Apple is not involved with this in any way.

What happens if you rotate the screen horizontally? Do you have the screen zoomed or have you enlarged any of the fonts?
