New MAC has No Apple Music sound - iPhone is fine

No Apple Music sound on new MAC. iPhone works fine. This a brand new MAC. Please Help!

No sound / audio from iphone lightning port if not subscribed to apple music I connect my iphone 14pro to my car via lightning / usb, and no sound is heard unless i have a subscription to apple music (i use spotify). Not even youtube, voice notes, instagram, nothing. Before when itunes existed, i needed to have a downloaded song in order for this to work, but now, it requires me to have an apple music subscription, which i dont want. i need to be able to play music through lightning port without having an apple subscription. please help

Can't play music as Alarm sound on iPhone 14 Pro Has anyone found a fix for the issue of Alarm Sound not playing downloaded music on iPhone 14 Pro (iOS version 16.3.1). I've been able to play music as the Alarm Sound on my previous two iPhones, and have tried every possible option in Settings, Alarm, Music, etc. with no success. Other postings on this site seem to believe it's an Apple programming issue, so why hasn't a fix been issued yet ?

iPhone 13 Pro Max IOS 16.0.2 Not Found in Mac OS Monterey Apple Music App I am trying to load music from my Apple Music library to my iPhone. When connected to my MacBook Air, my iPhone appears in the left sidebar of the Apple Music OS app, but after trying to load for several minutes "Device Cannot Be Found" appears in the main Apple Music window. Mac OS and iphone IOS are up to date, CD's, DVDs and IOS Devices is checked in the Finder sidebar. Any idea what may be going on and what to do to correct it? Thanks very much.

Try Reseting the Core Audio:

Type the following command in Terminal:

sudo killall coreaudiod

To get to Terminal...

Click: the Desktop
Click: Go menu
Click: Utilities
Open Terminal
