My iPad was wiped at the Apple Store and then set up again. I recovered my apps including BookBub, but I can’t access my library. I have hundreds of books I don’t want to lose. I can still access them on my iPhone.

Your Books would likely be in your Book Bub account, so not likely to be lost.
Make sure you are logged in to the Book Bub app on the iPad with the same account as on the iPhone.
