How can I get Contextual Menus with a Non-Apple mouse right click?

I am running Mac OS 15.2 (Sequoia) on a Mac Studio M1 Max. I have been using a non-apple wireless mouse for a few years and have always wondered why when I right click, it brings up the dock instead of a contextual menu? Plugged in a wired mouse and it does the same thing brining up the dock. I want to be able to right click and get a contextual menu for the item I am clicking. Any suggestions?

I found some fairly hidden options that you may want to check:

Open System Settings
search for "keys"
Click the "Keys should be entered on" setting in search results
A "General" pop-over should show up
Disable the "Keys can be selected using right-click"
Also check the Dwell Corners, all four defaults are "Hide / Show Home Panel". Ensure that "right-click" is not set for these

Also check the "Desktop & Dock" settings pane:

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the dialog, then click the "Shortcuts..." button
Check each Mouse shortcut and make sure none are set to "secondary mouse button"
