2 Month old Mac mini M2 (2023) won't turn on

My mac mini just suddenly wont turn on, its practically new less then 60days old no kids around it, and in the 60days i only used it about 3x a week for no more then two hours with the occasional quick print on and off! help please!? I did not get the extended apple care thing. Will the manufacturer warranty cover this. Where do I start! I’ve already done basic troubleshooting, as well as tried a different power cord as well as different outlet.
