Does the "you've asked a question" banner mean that I have posted a question?

When I'm browsing this here Apple Support Community forum (Official Apple Support Community) and am signed in, when I view the page for any question or "doc", I see a grey banner at the top of the page that says "You’ve asked a question in the community… what’s next?", like the one in this screenshot.

I don't recall ever asking a question here before, and I don't see any listed in the Participation section of my profile that I see when I click on the user-avatar icon in the upper right of the page. Is this banner supposed to indicate that I have asked a question? Or is it just sort of a generic piece of advice that's always displayed on question pages, to indicate the sorts of things you can do around them?

If I have asked a question, I'd like to be able to find it, to see if there have been any answers on it.

No, that is simply a list of 3 things that you could (optionally) do IF you had asked a question.

When you do post a question (like this one), you can go to your questions by selecting your account icon in the top right part of the page and clicking on "subscriptions" in the drop down list that appears.

When the subscriptions page loads, you can change the filter from posts you are "following" to ones you have "authored" to find your questions. Or, you can change to "participated" to find posts you either authored or responded to with an answer of your own. "Following" lists all the posts from sub-forums you have chosen to follow as well as posts from any forum you have answered (which you automatically subscribed to by answering).
