Sample Edit Functions (destructive edit) unavailable.

Hey,

As the title says, Sample Edit Window>Functions (destructive edits), are suddenly unavailable.

(see screenshot for clarity).

From one day to another, they just became unavailable on all projects, new, old, current, you name it.

Hence, it leads me to believe it might be a "disc permissions setting" or similar, that might've changed due to updates to OS or Logic.

I know there has been a long-standing bug with similar symptoms, along with dependency on a couple of parameters, like 'Flex Time', 'Advanced Settings', file type and whatnot.

I've been able to find the cause and issue before (back in the day), but cannot for the life of me find it this time. Anyone got any troubleshooting tips, apart from the usual ones?
