2nd Monitor Will Not Stay Shut off (even when manually put to sleep)

Brand new M4 Mac mini. I have two Dell 32" curved monitors hooked up. One monitor will not stay slept, even though the Computer is idle. I'm talking multiple days of being on. I have physically pressed the button on the Monitor to shut it down, but when I come back the monitor is "on" (but black screen). The other monitor (the #1 Monitor) stays off and is fine.

I'm sure the life of the monitor is being drastically reduced being on 24/7.

Mac mini, macOS 15.2
