Being charged for a purchase I never made?

Card Hold; APPLE.COM/BILL
866-xxx-xxxx CAUS

That phone number in the charge line has been used by a scam operation for years.
It's not Apple. The crooks got your credit card info and are now using it to make fraudulent charges under Apple's name. They hope by making it smaller, repeating charges you won't notice.
You must call your credit card company and have them cancel that card immediately. Card details in one crook's hands will be passed/sold to other crooks. Explain the fraudulent charge and ask if they can reverse it.
