How can I fix SSD disconnection after restarting my Mac mini M2?

I have mac mini M2, and after restating it my ssd disconnects and I have to remote the cable and restart mac couple of times or wait for like 2 hours until it comes back.

Any idea what can be wrong and what can I do to fix this issue?

Update the macOS, the current 15.2 version included some fixes.

I have some Toshiba external SSD locked in HUB,

That is an inadequate description. Please provide more details.

SSD working normally on my laptop

How is the SSD formatted..?

The macOS can not natively write to a windows NTFS formatted drive.

If your using the the SSD cross platform, then it needs to be formatted exFAT.
