Delete your child's account

Hello. I want to delete my child's Apple account. Unfortunately, when my son wants to log out of iCloud, this option is unavailable. I want to delete his account and create a new one. How to do it? I added him to my family group and he is 13 years old. I also cannot remove it from this group (this option is also unavailable). Please help
