How can I fix app visibility issues on my device?

It just appeared that way this morning. But last night I noticed a multicolored circle moving around my screen when I tried to set my alarm.

Settings > Accessibility >Switch Control > Switch Control [Disable]

Unfortunately, that didn't help. The switch control was already disabled.

But I restarted my device 3 times (I had already tried once before I posted) and the last time, the problem disappeared. Thank you anyway!
