Apple Music Deleting Home owned Music repeatedly for no reason

Hi All. I live in Belgium - we have many local musicians making music none of them in the app store. The problem is: that entire category of music is deliberately and repeatedly deleted by Apple, no matter how many times I add it again, for no reason. Hateful. That means I can no longer consider/trust Apple Music for ... well, any of my music.

It's been annoying me more and more. People have reported this for years and Apple doesn't care. In the threads I saw here they don't even bother responding.

--> So, what is the best alternative app? I only care about 2 things: organize my songs by album and being able to also have them on my phone (sync).
